ROOF REPLACEMENT 

 

Tear off existing asphalt roofing from all shingles sections, 2 layers 

Eliminate built in style gutters with 5/8' plywood. Front bay roof excluded.

Install ice and water shield on all eaves in valleys and on low slope areas.Remaining wood deck to be covered with 15 lb tar paper.

Replace all pipe collars 

Reflash chimmey, Seal

Reshingle useing 30 year G.A. F. Shingle   (Color Silver Lining.)

Install new gutters /leaders where necessary.
