 OFFICE EXPANSION

 

Remove exiting carpet,basecove, furniture unit to allow for expansion.

Construct and supply materials as required to erect demising wall to under side of existing cieling. Frame, sheetrock, tape, spackle, prime.

Provide new 3 door/frame hinges hardware as similiar to existing.

Provide 2 outlets in new wall. Re-switch lighting re-locate fixtures as required.

Sound proof new wall. Prepare wall surfaces and paint new rooms and hallway walls affected. 

HVAC/  plumbing not required.
